Effective February 1, 2025, an increase in fees for electrical inspections will become effective on all building permits dated February 1, 2025.

Where no building permit is issued, the effective date will be February 1, 2025 for all electrical permits that do not require a building permit.

With the ever increasing cost of business we strive to hold our fees down and this is the first rate increase since July of 2010. We appreciate your patronage and understanding.
